I offer this only for math and programming fun. In my experience, there may very well be some validity to this. It seems to be reasonably accurate when I check my own, but I wouldn't change any of my actions based on it. Well, actually, I would pay attention to the moon phaze, that one has some real scientific backing and I have found it to be solidly acurate for me.
 Moon Phase - Studies prove that people are more alert and active going into the full moon and have a dramatic lull just after the full moon; Science, not spiritualism. Just ask any ER worker or Law Enforcement Officer.
As for biorhythms, the theory is that all these rythems start at zero heading toward positive 100 and then cycle a given number of days like a wave. My primary interest here was in the programming and curiosity. If you want to learn more about all this, do a web search for 'Biorhythm,' but be wary as you keep an open mind. Some of the spiritually oriented sites are completely unfounded. Other sites do a good job of presenting the possibilities without going overboard. For me, if there is any validity in all this, I believe God is the author and master of it. Follow Him, not your chart. :-)

 Intellect (33 days) - Ability to think clearly analyze well
 Mastery - (Intellectual+Physical)/2 - Ability to think well and having the energy to accomplish it
 Emotion (28 days) - Ability to cope with your world and enjoy life
 Physical (23 days)- Level of strength and general health
 Passion - (Physical+Emotional)/2 - Emotional drive combined with the energy to act
